Customers are able to return new, unused items fulfilled by PersonalJewel within 60 days of the delivery date. Please note that on all returned orders of personalised items there is a 50% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their purchases. Please note that cancellations made after 24 hours from the order date are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Return and Refund Policy
Chain Size is Incorrect
If your chain length is incorrect by mistake, we will gladly send you a new chain which can easily be replaced with a set of pliers.
If you ordered the wrong chain length, you can purchase a new chain. Our Customer Service will be more than happy to provide you the information on how to order a new one.
Ring Size Incorrect
If you ordered a ring with the wrong size we can resize it for you, in this case please contact Customer Service.
I received a damaged item
If you have received a damaged item, please contact Customer Service with a clear photo of the damaged item so that we can examine the issues and prevent further occurrences.
Once the picture is received, we will work in order to find a suitable solution for your case.
Not Satisfied with Your Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service and send us a picture of the purchased item.
