Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard shipping with tracking number and insurance.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that the time frames mentioned below for delivery include production time as well. It usually takes two to four weeks for your order to arrive, this estimate applies to most of the orders, but there may be short delays during peak seasons (for example, Christmas) or due to bad weather conditions.
If, for any reason, your order has not been arrived within the time schedule, you should contact our Customer Service as soon as possible in order to assist you.
Address Information
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please specify accordingly during the order completion.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification stating all your shipping details. This email will notify you with the shipping dates of your order plus any other relevant information.
You may also check the status of your order online by logging into the Track My Order page with your Order ID and Email.
Delivery dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays. Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time schedule.
Changing Your Address
If you would like to change your address before your order is shipped, please Contact us within 24 hours and we will update the address.
I placed an order but I want to change it, what can I do?
If you have already placed your order but you made a mistake with the product selection or you want to change the personalization details, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours.
We will be able to update your order with no additional cost.
What if my order is shipped to incorrect address?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete delivery address.

Return Policy
Because Personaljewel products are clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to the Ministry of Commerce (Consumer Protection Department).
How can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled by clicking the cancellation button inside your order status. You must cancel it within 12 hours, after your order has been placed. PersonalJewel reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding this or any of our other policies, please contact our Customer Service.

We accept all major credit cards, like MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. Also payments made with Paypal.
What should I do if I cannot complete a payment via paypal?

RETURN AND REFUND
Return and Refund Policy:
Chain Size is Incorrect
If your chain length is incorrect by mistake, we will gladly send you a new chain which can easily be replaced with a set of pliers. If you ordered the wrong chain length, you can purchase a new chain. Our Customer Service will be more than happy to provide you the information on how to order a new one.
Ring Size Incorrect
If you ordered a ring with the wrong size we can resize it for you, in this case please contact Customer Service.
I received a damaged item
If you have received a damaged item, please contact Customer Service with a clear photo of the damaged item so that we can examine the issues and prevent further occurrences.
Once the picture is received, we will work in order to find a suitable solution for your case.
Not Satisfied with Your Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service and send us a picture of the purchased item. Also, please read our Return and Cancellation Policy.
